Maria Cristina Hotel 5* – San Sebastian

Real Club de Golf de San Sebastián

Founded in 1910, it was the first golf club built in the Basque Country and the third in Spain. It is one of the founders of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation and produced famous names like José María Olazabal, double champion of the Augusta Masters.

The course layout, the creation of famed French professional Pierre Hirigoyen, is beautifully designed and has an undulating terrain. This attractive 18-hole par-71 course will certainly challenge any player.

Neguri Golf

Designed by Javier Arana, probably one of the finest golf architects in Spain, and a member of Neguri. The courses measures 6,900 yards from the championship tees, the course is laid out in two loops of nine that each end close to the clubhouse. It is a golfing layout with wide fairways, enormous greens and minimal greenside bunkering. There are fine views of the Cantabrian Sea during the first 9 holes. After which, the course changes its scenery with Atlantic pines and extensive vegetation.

Real Golf de Pedreña – Santander

Inaugurated in 1928, the Real Golf de Pedreña is the oldest golf course in Cantabria. It is located in Pedreña, 20 kilometres from the Cantabrian capital, in a privileged setting with views of the impressive bay of Santander.

The course takes in century-old trees, with well-groomed vegetation is integrated throughout. Eighteen of its 27 holes were designed by Colt, Alison & Morrison and the other nine by Severiano Ballesteros.
