San Roque Old Course

Designed by Dave Thomas the Old Course along with Valderrama and Real Club de Sotogrande became known as the golden triangle of golf. South Course

Overlooking the spectacular scenery of the Ria Formosa National Park, the Quinta do Lago South Course is known as the “jewel in the crown” of the Quinta do Lago luxury resort.

Designed by William Mitchell in 1974, the course has played host to no fewer than eight Portuguese Open Championship tournaments, including Colin Montgomerie’s seminal 1989 victory. Widely regarded as one of the foremost courses in Portugal and beyond, the Quinta do Lago South Course remains to this day one of the flagship European Tour Courses.

Larajal

Voted Best Golf Course at the Portuguese 2011 Travel Awards, Laranjal opened in 2009 as the newest course in Quinta do Lago.
Originally an orange grove, this beautiful par 72 championship course is situated in the Ludo valley, just 2km east of the resort. Boasting some spectacular fairways and well-defined greens, Laranjal is renowned for its five beautiful lakes and its abundance of umbrella pines, cork and orange trees.

Non - Golfers Activities

Sightseeing tours: Gibraltar.First, we will visit the 100 tonne Gun. After visiting the Southern point of Gibraltar we will drive up the upper rock our first stop at the nature reserve will be St Michael’s Cave. Next, we will go to the top of the Rock where you will see breathtaking views all around Gibraltar. Here we will have an interaction with our famous Monkeys As we drive down the upper rock nature reserve we will visit The Moorish Castle at Upper Apes Den.

 

Introduction + guided visit + tasting Olive Oil: Enjoy an introduction to the exciting world of oil, learn how to operate a mill from within, get a full explanation of the manufacturing process, and visit an old stone mill restored. We end our visit with an oil-tasting of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil in different varieties.
